We are confident that you will be thrilled with your Thestyleville garments. That is because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built just for YOU. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to exchange, return, and refunds.

We are 100% committed to working with you to achieve a solution. Although customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, we recognize that it is impossible to measure a client’s satisfaction relative to her expectations and those of our expert clothiers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee your complete satisfaction with our products and/or service.

We have a Non- Refund Policy, however, the following conditions must be precedent for any exchange or refund where necessary to be made.

1.   We will not effect an exchange or refund for any item(s) purchased with a promotional discount, or on sale. An exchange only might be given for a gift card purchase if all the conditions on our return policy are met.

2.   We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns for any custom-made garments. Refunds and cancelations are not permitted for any order after 24 hours of placing an order and/or providing payment details to Thestyleville Haute Couture.Co. The reason for this policy is that once an order is placed, work on the order commences shortly thereafter and expenses are incurred by our business as part of the production process.

3.    We offer an exchange-only policy, however, refunds will be made in cases where the default is solely on our part.

4.     Items to be returned must be unworn, with no defects, with full tags and packaging, accompanied by a valid invoice or receipt. Exchange or refunds will only be made after careful evaluation of the returned item(s).

5.     Items ordered in requested sizes or colours are not eligible for returns.

6.    Customer is responsible for the cost of delivery for returned or exchanged items.

7.    We may have to return items that flout our return policy, and delivery will also be at the customer’s cost.

8.    There will be no refund on delivery cost, only on the actual cost of the purchased item.

8.     Items must be returned within 2-3 working days within Lagos, 5-7 days for outside Lagos, and within 10 days for international orders.

9.     Refunds or exchange on our part is within 5-10 working days. Refunds will only be remitted in the original payment mode.

Wear and Tear

 

Upon receiving your Thestyleville garments, it is your sole responsibility to inspect your garments and report any damages or defects within 7 business days via our email at TSVonlineshop@gmail.com.

 

We strive to provide the finest fabrics and materials available to construct our garments and make sure that they are of the highest quality. We cannot be responsible for damages that are caused by personal wear and/or wear and tear that is caused by use or overuse.  To be clear, our warranty does not cover damage caused by a personal accident, improper care (i.e., excessive dry cleaning or mishandling by your dry cleaner), negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

 

Please keep in mind that certain fabrics can be very delicate; garments need to be treated with the finest care. If you want some recommendations on best practices to enhance the longevity of your garments, please read the care instructions inserted in our garments. Dry-cleaning your garments regularly is not recommended. Most dry cleaners use harmful chemicals and agents that destroy or breakdown the fabric, thereby diminishing performance and durability.

 

Any holes that result from normal wear and tear will be deemed the responsibility of the client. We are committed to helping you find a solution to repair your garment but each instance will be handled on a case by case basis.

We also recommend that you do not wear any garment more than 1 time per week.
